You can zoom into any area of the diagram and copy the picture to your clipboard.
The resultant image can be pasted into any other application.
You can decide whether or not to include the viewer Toolbar, Page Tabs, Page, Scrollbars and Grid.
Note that the copy and print image functions both capture the area of the screen where the Visio Viewer is, and thus you should not have any other windows over the top of this area, such as the Visio Viewer Properties dialog, otherwise it will also appear in the copy.
Also note that you will not get perfect prints of large areas of graphics to large sheets of paper, such as floor plans on A1 paper, because screen capturing is used. You must use Microsoft Visio itself to have full printing capabilities.
You can also print images of the Viewer and Form, and decide whether the page should be Portrait orientation or not.
The Print Image options will open up the Xps document viewer.
